Who we are
LurnR, 14 Route d'Autun, 71540 Lucenay-l'Évêque, France (SIREN 885 206 581, SIRET 885 206 581 00021) is the controller for the data processed when you book a session through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What data we process
When booking we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your answers to intake questions. We also record the chosen date/time, your timezone and language preference.
What we use it for
Solely to deliver your appointment: the confirmation, calendar invite and reminder emails, and scheduling the session in LurnR's calendar. We do not send newsletters or marketing based on your booking, and we never sell your data.
Payments
Paid sessions are settled through Stripe. Your card or bank details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our systems. See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.
Where your data is stored
The booking site and its database run with our hosting provider Railway, in the Google Cloud data centre in region europe-west4 (the Netherlands). Cloudflare sits in front of the site as a network layer: all traffic to and from this site passes through Cloudflare's network.
Who receives your data
Stripe processes the payment for paid sessions and receives your email address and a reference to your booking for that purpose. Emails (confirmation, calendar invite, reminders) are sent through our email provider, via the SMTP server we have configured for this; it receives your email address and the content of the message. If LurnR has connected a Google Calendar, the appointment is added to that calendar with your name, your email address, the session booked and its time, and any answers you gave to intake questions. So that the coach can prepare the session, we pass your name, your email address, the start and end time, the name of the session and the booking status (booked, rescheduled or cancelled) to MARA Career Coach (maracortex.com), which runs in the same data centre region. For a video session you receive a link to a MeetFlow video room (meetflowrooms.com); this booking site itself does not send any data to MeetFlow.
Retention
Booking data is kept as long as needed for our administration and statutory (tax) retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
Cookies
The booking pages use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL).
