Who we are
LurnR, 14 Route d'Autun, 71540 Lucenay-l'Évêque, France (SIREN 885 206 581, SIRET 885 206 581 00021) is the controller for the data processed when you book a session through this site. Contact: [email protected].
What data we process
When booking we ask for your name and email address, and optionally your answers to intake questions. We also record the chosen date/time, your timezone and language preference.
What we use it for
Solely to deliver your appointment: the confirmation, calendar invite and reminder emails, and scheduling the session in LurnR's calendar. We do not send newsletters or marketing based on your booking, and we never sell your data.
Payments
Paid sessions are settled through Stripe. Your card or bank details are processed directly by Stripe and never reach our systems. See Stripe's privacy policy for their processing.
Retention
Booking data is kept as long as needed for our administration and statutory (tax) retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
Cookies
The booking pages use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL).
