Sessions are offered by LurnR, 14 Route d'Autun, 71540 Lucenay-l'Évêque, France (SIREN 885 206 581, SIRET 885 206 581 00021). Legal form and further legal details: see LurnR's mentions légales. LurnR falls under the French VAT exemption scheme for small businesses and does not charge VAT; the mandatory statement reads: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI” (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Formation of the booking
A booking is concluded once you confirm a time slot and — for paid sessions — payment has been completed. You immediately receive an email confirmation with a calendar invite and a management link.
Prices and payment
Prices are per session and are paid in advance through Stripe (card, iDEAL or Bancontact). If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the reservation lapses and the slot is released. If you have a discount code, enter it on the Stripe payment page; you then pay the discounted amount. No VAT is charged on the prices, as LurnR is exempt from VAT: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the session starts; the amount actually paid (after any discount) is then refunded in full. For cancellations within 48 hours, or a no-show, no refund is given. You can reschedule via the manage link in your confirmation email, up to 48 hours before the session starts and at most twice per appointment. If rescheduling is still possible at shorter notice, doing so forfeits the right to a refund should you later cancel the rescheduled session.
Delivery of the session
Video sessions take place via the MeetFlow link provided; you first enter a waiting room and will be admitted. Please ensure a working internet connection, camera and microphone. If LurnR is unable to hold a session, a new time is offered free of charge or the amount is refunded in full.
Liability
LurnR's liability in connection with a session is limited to the amount paid for that session, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights.
Governing law
