Formation of the booking
A booking is concluded once you confirm a time slot and — for paid sessions — payment has been completed. You immediately receive an email confirmation with a calendar invite and a management link.
Prices and payment
Prices are per session and are paid in advance through Stripe (card, iDEAL or Bancontact). If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the reservation lapses and the slot is released.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the session starts; any amount paid is then refunded in full. For cancellations within 48 hours, or a no-show, no refund is given. To reschedule, cancel (up to 48 hours in advance) and book a new time.
Delivery of the session
Video sessions take place via the MeetFlow link provided; you first enter a waiting room and will be admitted. Please ensure a working internet connection, camera and microphone. If LurnR is unable to hold a session, a new time is offered free of charge or the amount is refunded in full.
Liability
LurnR's liability in connection with a session is limited to the amount paid for that session, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights.
Governing law
